1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Items must be returned in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Important: Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, Lingerie, Swimwear, and Accessories are not eligible for return or refund.

2. How to Start a Return

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.

Note: We do not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Items on final sale or clearance
Gift cards
Lingerie and swimwear
Earrings and intimate accessories

7. Return Address

We will provide the return address once your return request is approved via email.

Do not send returns without authorization, as they may not be accepted.
